01 Custom software · ERP · AI for Saudi companies

Software that runs your business, built around how it already works.

ERP and accounting with ZATCA e-invoicing, AI agents that answer in Arabic and English, and the apps that tie them together, built for Saudi companies that have outgrown spreadsheets and WhatsApp approvals. You own the code.

02 The patchwork

Your business runs on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and month-end heroics.

  1. Stock lives in Excel, so nobody trusts the number until someone counts it.

Illustrative cost: ≈ 6 hrs a week recounting

  2. Purchase approvals happen in a WhatsApp group and scroll out of sight.

Illustrative cost: ≈ 2 days per order

  3. Month-end means exporting three systems and fixing rejected e-invoices by hand.

Illustrative cost: ≈ 4 days every close

  4. Customers ask the same twenty questions on WhatsApp, all day, every day.

Illustrative cost: ≈ 3 hrs a day answering

Each of these is a system that should be talking to the others.

Illustrative figures for a 50 to 150 person company. Yours will differ, and the scoping call is where we measure them.

03 What we build

Four systems, one connected business.

Each one replaces a piece of the patchwork. Built together, they share one set of data, so nothing is typed twice.

04 In motion

Watch the systems work before you commit to one.

Concept builds, designed by Noor Nexus to show how each system behaves. Not client deployments.

AI agent · WhatsApp · AR → EN

Replaces a receptionist answering the same booking questions on WhatsApp until 11 pm.

Concept demo: A patient asks a clinic's WhatsApp agent in Gulf Arabic for an appointment tomorrow afternoon. The agent offers two slots, books 4:30 pm with Dr. Sara, confirms, then answers a follow-up in English with a payment link for the deposit.

Invoice AI · PDF → ledger

Replaces typing 300 supplier invoices a month into the accounts by hand.

Concept demo: A supplier invoice is read automatically: supplier, invoice number, date, VAT and total are extracted, matched to the purchase order, posted to the ledger, and the ZATCA QR code is validated.

Order automation · Salla → ERP → bank

Replaces copying orders between the store, the accounts and WhatsApp by hand.

Concept demo: An online order from Salla reserves stock in the ERP, issues a ZATCA-cleared invoice, is matched to the bank payment, and the customer gets a WhatsApp update, with no one retyping anything.

05 Own it

Own the system, do not rent it by the seat.

The real cost of business software shows up in year two: licence renewals, seats for new hires, and who answers when it breaks.

How a Noor Nexus custom system compares with a per-seat ERP licence and a freelancer build
Noor Nexus custom system Licensed ERP, per seat Freelancer build
Who owns the code You do. Source code, database and documentation are handed over at launch. The vendor. Your licence ends when the payments do. Unclear, and often undocumented.
Per-user fees None. Hire twenty more people and pay nothing more for seats. Typically every user, every year, rising with headcount. None, but no team behind it either.
Fits your process Built around your approvals, branches and pricing rules. Your team adapts to the template; changes are billed by the hour. Fits, until the requirements change.
Arabic and ZATCA Arabic interface and ZATCA Phase 2 in the core build. Often through a local partner add-on. Depends on who you hire.
Where data lives Where your policy says, and documented in writing. In the vendor's chosen cloud region. Wherever it was set up.
Support in year two The team that built it, on a support plan. A reseller's ticket queue. If they are still available.

07 How we ship

Working software every two weeks, not a big reveal at the end.

  1. 01Day 1

    Scoping call

Thirty minutes on how the work flows today and where the hours go. You leave knowing what to build first.

  2. 02Weeks 1–2

    Clickable prototype

Your own workflows as screens you can click, in Arabic and English, before production code. Then a fixed scope.

  3. 03Every 2 weeks

    Two-week sprints

Each sprint ends in a demo on your data. You steer the next one. Nothing is a surprise at launch.

  4. 04Go-live →

    Launch, train, run

Migration, a parallel run, staff training, then support and new features from the same team.

08 The rest of the stack

The website and marketing that feed your systems.

The same team builds the front end of your business too, so orders, enquiries and bookings land in your systems without a hand-off.

09 Questions

What buyers ask before the scoping call.

Ask the people who would build it

Message the team on WhatsApp in Arabic or English. A developer, not a sales layer, answers during business hours.

Ask on WhatsApp

Yes. At launch you receive the source code in your own repository, the database, infrastructure access and documentation. There are no per-user licence fees, and you can take the code to another team at any time.

Yes. ZATCA Phase 2 (Fatoora) integration, VAT calculation and Arabic tax invoices are part of every ERP and accounting build, and are tested against ZATCA requirements before go-live.

Where your policy requires. Before launch you get a written record of where each system and any AI provider stores and processes data, including keeping it inside the Kingdom where that is required and available.

You click through a prototype of your own workflows within the first two weeks. After that, modules ship in two-week sprints, so your team uses working software early. The full timeline is fixed in the scope after the prototype.

Yes. We integrate with Salla, Zid, WooCommerce, Shopify, Zoho, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, bank statement imports and WhatsApp Business through their APIs, so data moves without retyping.

Yes. Every system ships with a full right-to-left Arabic interface and English, switchable per user, with Arabic invoices, reports and notifications.

The team that built the system supports it on a plan that suits you: fixes, updates, new reports and new modules. No reseller sits between you and the developers.

Often, yes. We start with an audit of the code, hosting and documentation, tell you plainly whether to maintain, extend or replace it, and then take over support.
