The short answer
About our erp & accounting service
Noor Nexus builds custom ERP and accounting systems for Saudi companies: finance and VAT, ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing, inventory, procurement, HR and payroll in one Arabic and English system that you own outright, with no per-user licence fees and support from the team that built it.
Most growing companies run on a patchwork: an accounting package that struggles with e-invoicing, stock in Excel, approvals in a WhatsApp group and payroll in another tool. Every month-end someone reconciles them by hand.
We replace the patchwork with one system built around how your company already works. A sale, a stock movement and a VAT line are entered once and appear everywhere they are needed, in Arabic and English.
Why custom instead of a licensed ERP?
Licensed ERPs charge per user, every year, and expect your process to fit their template. A custom ERP from Noor Nexus is yours: no seat fees as you hire, approvals and pricing rules built the way you work, and the source code and documentation handed over at launch.
Is it ZATCA compliant?
Yes. ZATCA Phase 2 (Fatoora) e-invoicing integration, VAT calculation and Arabic tax invoices are part of the core build, not an add-on.

2-week sprints
Working software, early
You use real modules every two weeks instead of waiting for a big-bang launch.
Modules
One system for the work that currently lives in five places.
We build the modules your operation actually uses, in the order that removes the most manual work first. Each one shares the same data, so a sale, a stock movement and a VAT line are entered once.
How it runs
Prototype first, then modules in two-week sprints.
-
Step 1: Scoping call
Thirty minutes on how money, stock and approvals move today, and where the hours go. You leave with a first view of the modules and their order.
-
Step 2: Clickable prototype
Your real workflows as screens you can click through, in Arabic and English, before production code is written. A fixed scope follows.
-
Step 3: Build in sprints
Module by module, each sprint ending in a demo on your own data. Finance and e-invoicing usually go first.
-
Step 4: Launch, train, run
Migration, parallel run, staff training and handover of code and documentation. Then support and new features from the same team.
Why custom
Your ERP should fit your process, not the other way round.
You own it
No per-user licences, no annual renewal that grows with your headcount. The code, the data and the documentation are yours.
Built for Saudi compliance
VAT, ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing and Arabic invoices are part of the core, not a bolt-on module from a third party.
Fits how you work
Approvals, branch structures and pricing rules are built the way your business runs, instead of retraining staff around a foreign template.
The builders stay
The team that wrote the system supports it in year two and adds the next module. No reseller layer between you and the developers.
Pairs well with
Systems that usually connect to a new ERP.
Questions
ERP questions, plainly answered.
Yes. At launch we hand over the source code, the database and the documentation. There are no per-user licence fees, so adding staff, branches or warehouses does not add a yearly cost.
Yes. ZATCA Phase 2 (Fatoora) integration, VAT calculation and Arabic tax invoices are part of the core build and are tested against ZATCA requirements before go-live.
You click through a prototype of your own workflows in the first two weeks. Modules then ship in two-week sprints, with finance and e-invoicing usually first, so your team uses working software long before the whole system is finished. The full timeline is fixed in the scope after the prototype.
Yes. We migrate customers, suppliers, items, opening balances and open invoices, and run the new system in parallel with the old one until the numbers match.
Yes. We integrate with Salla, Zid, WooCommerce and Shopify stores, bank statement imports, WhatsApp notifications and other tools through their APIs, so orders and payments arrive without retyping.
The team that built the system supports it: fixes, updates, new reports and new modules. You can also take the code to another team at any time, because you own it.
